What we collect
Operational booking data
Name, email address, phone number, visit date, service slot, guest count and optional notes sent by the guest.
This information is used only to confirm table requests, organize service and keep the reservation system aligned with the 50-seat capacity rule.
Who can access it
Protected internal access
Only authorized internal users with role-based access in the admin dashboard can view or manage booking data.
Administrative access is separate from the public website, and the live operational storage is not exposed publicly.
